What is Medicare?
Medicare is a federal health insurance program that provides health insurance coverage to more than 55 million people across the country.
The program helps to pay for many vital health care services, including:

There are 4 parts of Medicare: A, B, C, & D
- Part A - Hospital visits, skilled nursing facilities, and home health care
- Part B - Doctor visits and other outpatient services including procedures
- Part C - Covers Medicare Parts A, B and D, all under one private plan
- Part D - Prescription drugs
Who Is Eligible to Receive Medicare?
Medicare is available for seniors ages 65 and older and permanent U.S. residents with qualifying disabilities and chronic medical conditions
